May I still cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, contact our customer service directly. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately it can not be cancelled anymore.

What happens if my entire order is out of stock?

As a principle, sold-out articles are not displayed on our webshop. As our products are marked down greatly it is possible that you just miss "the opportunity". In that case, D5Avenue will immediately wire the full paid price back to your account.

How can I check the status of my order?

In your personal account on d5Avenue.com you can always check the status of your order and follow-up on your package.

What should I do if I receive the wrong article?

What if I don’t receive all the articles that I have ordered?

May I still modify my order?

Do you want to modify your order after you have paid? If you order has already been shipped, it can unfortunately not be modified anymore.

Are the prices displayed VAT included?

All prices displayed on our webhsop are VAT included.

I have a complain. How should I proceed?

Should you have a complain, contact us via the contact form, or by e-mail at service@d5avenue.nl. We will address and reply to your complain as soon as possible, including contacting you within one office (bank) day. Are you happy with the article(s) that you have received, or were you satisfactorily assisted? Do you have suggestions as to improve our webshop? We’ll gladly receive all your remarks! How do I order?

For any product displayed on D5Avenue, you can click on the ‘In the cart’ button. The selected article(s) are sent immediately sent to your cart displayed right at the top of the page. You can also click on the ‘Complete’ link to immediately go to your cart. You can now review the 4 steps before completing your order. You can then pay by iDeal, with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), PayPal, or AfterPay.
