Once you received the products, you can notify your will to return the order within 14 days. Once you notified us that you want to return your product, you have at least 14 days to return it to us.
On the ‘My Overview’ page of your account on D5Avenue, your recent orders are displayed. If you received your order, a link ‘Return’ will be displayed for 14 days. By clicking on this link, you can easily proceed to returning us your order, including the possibility to print the duly filled return form at the completion of the return process. If you can’t print the form, please write the proper postal address on the returned package./div>
How do I find the return number?
Once you have completed the return process, you can click on the link ‘Return’ on the ‘My Overview’ page and print a return form. The return number is written on this form, among other information. May I bring my products back to the shop?
As for now, you can bring back your products only to our shop in Naarden, The Netherlands. Should you bring back your order to the shop yourself, the return process comes free of charge!
When do I receive my monet back?
As soon as we have received and validated your returned order, is the purchasing price refunded. The amount is refunded as soon as possible, and within 30 days after that we received your return notification (cool-off period) the latest.
